Mouthwatering! See How Much Manchester United is Willing to Drop for Cristiano Ronaldo's Return
Manchester
United reportedly already has an eye popping offer for the Portuguese
football star who is said to be ready to leave the Bernabeu next summer
Cristiano Ronaldo
Accordng to reports, the Old Trafford side is set to go head to head with PSG to sign the star.
United are desperate to bring Ronaldo back to Old Trafford to see
out the rest of his career, but face competition to sign him from Paris
St Germain, who will pay what it takes to land him.
It is understood Real would want a new world record fee of £90m for
Ronaldo next summer, believing his phenomenal scoring record and global
status would justify such a high asking price, however, sources have
said a more realistic figure for the double Ballon d’Or winner, who will
turn 31 in February, would be around the £70m mark, given his age.
The Reds would be willing to meet Ronaldo’s £15m-a-year wage
demands, on top of the fee, knowing the commercial revenue his return
would generate, allied to his influence on the pitch, would more than
offset such a huge outlay.
